On the other hand, in case you are a pessimist then will probably set a goal that an optimist understand too inexpensive. Or perhaps you’re the go-get-’em type. If so, maybe you have the belief that you can attain society and therefore are more preparing to set a substantially higher goal than the softly, softly type of personality.

Your other goals

Do you have other goals in life that may influence your therapy goal? For example, if you have a flying phobia, you may have the ultimate goal of going abroad on a nice holiday. That ultimate goal deter- mines that your therapy goal is to feel fine and comfortable on an aircraft. On the other hand, if your ultimate goal is to be able to meet friends, family, or work colleagues in an airport, your therapy goal may be to feel fine.
